North Pacific line caught Albacore fillets. Dave’s albacore was hand-caught by local fisherman on the F/V Jeanette in the waters of the North Pacific. It is cooked in its own natural juices with no water, oil, or salt is added. Dave’s Albacore is high in the most efficient protein you can eat and contains essential omega-3 oils, beneficial in reducing the risk of heart disease. Delicious for salads, casseroles, and spreads.
