Our albacore is hand-caught by local fisherman in the Pacific Northwest.  Premium sashimi grade fillets are hand cut, hand packed, and cooked in their own natural juices with a little olive oil and  no added water or salt. Dave’s albacore is high in the most efficient protein you can eat and contains essential omega-3 oils, beneficial in reducing the risk of heart disease.
