Dave's Garlic Salmon fillets are cooked in their natural juices with fresh minced garlic and a pinch of sea salt. Contains no bones or skin.
 
Hand selected, hook and line caught salmon from the Pacific Northwest. Our salmon are carefully trimmed into fillets and individually hand packed into cans (called a 'fancy pack'), lid is sealed, loaded into retort cooker and pressure cooked in its natural juices. Results are incredible, mouth watering delicate flakey red fillets surrounded by natural omega - 3 oils.
